Senior Brand
Strategist.
[Salary band - to confirm]
Own the brand thinking, then stay with it.
You will own brand strategy for enterprise and growth-stage clients across our six capability pillars. That means holding the position, the messaging and the narrative for accounts that span manufacturing, mobility, education, hospitality and D2C, and being the person the client calls when a decision needs a point of view behind it.
You will work alongside creative directors, AI engineers and product teams rather than handing a document to them. Strategy here is a working relationship that runs the length of the engagement, so you will be in the design review, the model evaluation and the launch retrospective as well as the kickoff.
Most of all, you will shape positioning that survives contact with execution. We judge strategy on whether the work it produced moved the numbers, not on how the deck landed in the room.
