AI
Transformation.

Embed intelligence across your operating model: measurable, governed, and production-ready.

The Problem

Most AI programmes stall in the pilot.

Three failure modes account for almost every stalled programme we are called in to rescue.

The pilot never meets production

A demo that works on clean data meets a real system, and fails quietly for months

Nobody owns the outcome

An innovation team drives it, and the P&L owner never signed up for it

Governance arrives last

By the time risk gets a look, the whole thing either needs rebuilding or gets shelved.

What You Get

What lands on your desk.

Six things a P&L owner can act on this quarter, not a vision statement for the town hall.

An AI opportunity map

Ranked by economic impact, so each use case has to earn its place.

A working pilot

Running on your actual data, inside your constraints.

A production integration plan

Systems, owners, sequence, and the real cost of getting there.

A governance framework

Controls, audit trail and escalation, so your risk team can sign off.

Enablement for your team

So the capability stays in the building after we have gone.

A measurement model

The number that tells you honestly, whether it worked.

Who Does It

Four disciplines One accountable lead

You are not stitching together a strategy firm, an AI shop and a systems integrator. One team runs it, one person answers for the outcome.

Before You Ask

The questions
we always get.

The four that come up in nearly every first conversation.

Ask us anything
Do we need our data in order first?

No, but you do need to know how disordered it is. That assessment sits inside phase one, and it usually reshapes the sequencing more than anything else we find.

How long before we see anything real?

A working pilot on real data, inside eight to twelve weeks. Production timing depends on your systems, and we will give you an honest read on that in the first fortnight.

Will this replace people?

In practice it tends to move people off work they resent and onto work they do not. We will not pitch headcount cuts you did not ask for.

Who owns the model and the IP?

You do, and we document it so a future partner can pick it up without starting from scratch.
