You will sit between media, creative and client finance teams, translating between platform metrics and business numbers, and telling the truth when they disagree.
Most of all, you will make measurement honest. Dashboards nobody opens and attribution nobody believes are the enemy; decisions people trust are the product.
Design and implement tracking and data collection across client stacks.
Build reporting and dashboards tied to pipeline and revenue, not vanity metrics.
Run incrementality tests and honest attribution analyses.
Partner with media leads on budget allocation and forecasting.
Present findings to senior clients in language a board understands.
Raise the firm’s measurement standard across every engagement.
Four or more years in marketing analytics or measurement.
Depth in GA4, tag management and at least one BI tool.
SQL fluency; comfort with Python or R a plus.
A working point of view on attribution, incrementality and MMM.
The spine to say “this number is not real” to someone senior.
Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders.
Server-side tracking and CDP experience.
B2B funnel and CRM analytics exposure.
Experience with AI-assisted analysis workflows.
