About The Role

You will own pipeline across North America — finding the mid-market and enterprise teams that need integrated strategy-to-execution capability, and opening the conversations that become engagements.

You will own pipeline across North America — finding the mid-market and enterprise teams that need integrated strategy-to-execution capability, and opening the conversations that become engagements.

You will sell with the people who deliver. The senior team joins the pursuit, and nothing is promised that the delivery team has not stood behind.

Most of all, you will build relationships that outlast a quarter. We measure this role on qualified pipeline and won work, but we run it on trust.

What You Will Do

Own the North American pipeline from first conversation to signed engagement.

Identify and pursue accounts where integrated delivery is a genuine advantage.

Run pursuits with the senior delivery team; own the commercial narrative.

Maintain honest CRM hygiene and forecasting.

Represent the firm at industry events and in partner ecosystems.

Feed market intelligence back into positioning and offers.

What You Will Bring

Five or more years selling professional services — agency, consultancy or SaaS services.

A record of closing six-figure engagements with senior buyers.

The ability to hold a strategy conversation without a strategist present.

Structured pipeline discipline; forecasting people can plan against.

Excellent writing for proposals and follow-ups.

Willingness to travel across North America as pursuits demand.

Nice To Have

An existing network in technology, manufacturing or healthcare.

Experience selling AI or digital transformation work.

Familiarity with procurement-led enterprise buying.

What We Offer

Private health cover

For you and your immediate family, from day one.

Learning budget and protected time

Planned into the quarter, not squeezed around it.

Flexible working

Studio days agreed with the team, the rest on your terms.

Annual offsite

The whole team, one location, work and downtime both.

Latest hardware and AI tooling

Your choice of machine and licences for the tools you need.

Sabbatical after four years

Paid time to travel, study or build something of your own.

Specifics vary by office and local regulation, and are to be confirmed.

Leader presenting to a diverse team
From the hiring lead

I read every application myself. A considered three-line answer to the last question tells me more than a polished cover letter, so write it in your own voice. You will hear back from us either way.
