AI Solutions
Engineer.
[Salary band - to confirm]
You will design and ship the AI systems behind client engagements — agents, automation, retrieval and evaluation — for brands that need intelligence embedded in how they operate, not bolted on beside it.
You will design and ship the AI systems behind client engagements — agents, automation, retrieval and evaluation — for brands that need intelligence embedded in how they operate, not bolted on beside it.
You will work alongside strategists, designers and client teams rather than in a research silo. The model choices you make will be argued from evaluation results and unit economics, and you will be in the room when the client asks why.
Most of all, you will be judged on what runs in production. We measure AI work by the number it moved, and we retire what does not earn its place.
Design, build and ship AI features end to end — from scoping with strategy through to production.
Build agentic workflows, RAG pipelines and integrations against client systems.
Set up evaluation harnesses so quality is measured, not vibed.
Make build-versus-buy calls and defend them with evidence.
Work with client engineering teams to hand over cleanly, with docs that survive you.
Contribute to the firm’s accelerators and internal tooling.
Four or more years of software engineering, with recent production LLM work.
Fluency with at least one modern AI stack — and the judgement to know when not to use it.
Comfort in TypeScript or Python across API, data and infra layers.
The habit of measuring before claiming; evaluation results over demos.
Clear written communication for mixed technical and client audiences.
An owner’s attitude to reliability, cost and security.
Experience shipping agents or automation into enterprise environments.
